Authentication of Documents for citizens of Ethiopian Nationality:
- All documents submitted for authentication must be previously authenticated by the Prefecture or by the Public Prosecutor or the Chamber of Commerce or by a court or by the Minister of Health or by any Italian government authorities in charge.
- All documents must include a copy of each page and the completed application form.

- ለኢትዮጵያውያን:- 58 ዩሮ
- ለውጭ ዜጋ :- 90 ዩሮ
የፍርድ ቤት ውሳኔዎች፣ ሃብት ነክ ጉዳዮች፣ የውክልና ሰነድ ማረጋገጥ እና የመሳሰሉት ወረቀቶችን ለማረጋገጥ
- የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ 1 ፎቶ ኮፒ
- ፓስፖርት 1 ፎቶ ኮፒ
የአገልግሎት ክፍያ:-
- ለኢትዮጵያውያን:- 61 ዩሮ
- ለውጭ ዜጋ :- 95 ዩሮ
ለውጭ ዜጋ ሰነድ ለማረጋገጥ መሟላት ያለበት
- ኦርጅናል ዶክመንት
- ውክልና እና ሀብት ነክና የመሳሰሉ ዶክመንቶች (ፕሮኩራ) የተረጋገጠ
- የጋብቻ፣ የትምህርት እና የመሳሰሉ ዶክመንቶች (ፐርፌክቱራ) የተረጋገጠ
- የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ ኮፒ
- ፓስፖርት ኮፒ
ማሳሰብያ:-
- ከኢትዮጵያ የሚመጡ ማንኛውም ዶክመንቶች በውጭ ጉዳይ ሚ/ር የተረጋገጠ ዶክመንት ያስፈልጋል።
